NATO Says Taliban Can’t Expand Its Insurgency In Afghanistan (Nasdaq)
KABUL (AFP)–The Taliban can’t expand its insurgency into new Afghan areas, NATO said Sunday, a day after the Pentagon warned the rebels were likely to boost their presence in the north and west of the country.
