FRANCE’S EDF JOINS RUSSIAN SOUTH STREAM PIPELINE: PUTIN (The Tocqueville Connection)
RAMBOUILLET, France, Nov 27, 2009 (AFP) – French energy giant EDF has signed a deal with Russia’s Gazprom to join the consortium building the South Stream gas pipeline, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said Friday.
